This program is designed to teach children some basic life skills, such as working in a group setting, waiting for their turn, listening and following instruction, and learning to focus their energies in a positive direction
They learn fast reactions through games, learn to respect others, and learn to know their abilities and disabilities. The designed program will guide children to the basic principles of self-defence, while fostering a love for physical activities in a unique environment which is both fun and educational.
Emphasis is placed on the development of confidence, discipline, concentration, coordination, self-esteem, reflexes and overall fitness. No experience is necessary. Students are grouped according to age group. The curriculum is low-impact and non-contact.
Classes typically meet for 45 to 60 minutes respectively of age groups, once-a-week. Schedule and frequency are arranged to meet each school's specific requirement.
What is required? Nothing except a smiling face! There are no age or sex limitations. Uniforms are recommended. Advanced students are welcome.
Students are grouped by age and class length, as follows:

Group (1) 4 + to 6 years 

: 45 minutes

Group (2) 6 + to 8 

: 60 minutes

Group (3) 8 + and 12


: 60 minutes

Group (4) 12 and up


: 90 minutes.
